If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you may request a return and refund in accordance with the policy below. Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a request.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong item.

Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

 

Products Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Products with manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect products delivered by us.

 

Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
  • Used products.
  • Products without the original packaging.
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products.
  • Any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

 

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

How to Request a Return & Refund

Requesting a return is quick and easy.

Step 1

Go to your My Account page using the account you used to place the order.

Step 2

Click the “Return & Refund” button available in your account dashboard.

Step 3

A Return & Refund Request Form will open. Complete all the required information, including:

  • Order ID
  • Email & Number
  • Reason for return
  • Required proof (Unboxing Video,Images)

Step 4

Submit the completed form.

Step 5

Our support team will review your request and contact you after verification.

Return Shipping

If your request is approved because you received a damaged or incorrect product, Livora Daily Life will bear the return shipping cost.

Our support team will provide further instructions after your request has been reviewed.

 

Refund Policy

After your returned product has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued via the payment method you used while purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.
  • No restocking or processing charges will be deducted.
  • The bank account holder’s name must be the same as the name used when placing the order.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • You will receive a full refund.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
